Night Run 31km - again

rain rain rain....

It started to rain when I was running along the path from Bt 14 to Bt 9 hulu langat....luckily there's a bus stop. It rained quite hard for about 30 minutes...and I sat there...wondering if I shouldn't have ran.

Surprisingly, I found that I was able to run at a racing pace climbing uphill towards Ampang Lookout point. I was racing against the hill, and my legs could take it. That's probably a good sign that my legs have started to harden for long distance running. Your legs are like the car engine, with gears to shift. You can't just go from 1st to 5th gear in one go. Of course you can if you want to, but lactic acid build up will break your run later.

However, after sitting for 30 minutes, my legs are terribly non functional. They can't seem to remember how to move. It took awhile before I could run decently, but I know there's no cure. Plus, it was over 12 midnight, and I am still on the road.

I finally reached home 1:30am...

Time: 4:24 (could have been faster...)
